Danny Baptista is the Founder, President & CEO of SWC Builders and the licensed construction qualifier responsible for the company’s operations throughout the state of Florida. All contractor licenses under which the company operates are held under his professional qualification, allowing SWC Builders to deliver integrated construction services across multiple disciplines.
Danny is a Mechanical Engineer with more than twenty years since graduating from engineering school in Venezuela. Born in Venezuela with Portuguese heritage, he brings an international perspective, entrepreneurial mindset, and strong technical foundation to the construction industry.
With more than nine years of experience working in Florida’s demanding hurricane-prone construction environment, Danny has successfully overseen the execution of more than 250 residential and commercial construction projects across the state. His experience spans multiple construction disciplines including structural development, roofing systems, building envelope performance, plumbing infrastructure, and mechanical coordination.
Recognized for his systemic understanding of construction, Danny approaches every project with a comprehensive vision that integrates technical expertise, practical field knowledge, and disciplined project management. Beyond his engineering background, he is also a driven businessman with a strong ability to develop opportunities, build partnerships, and grow construction operations.
