Overview
This large-scale commercial project involved the complete renovation of public restrooms within a city park in Parkland, FL. The work was executed in collaboration with the awarded general contractor, aligning with city requirements, engineering plans, and Florida Building Code standards.
The Challenge
The primary challenges included a tight project timeline, managing timely approvals for material substitutions, and coordinating procurement of all required supplies. Additionally, strict adherence to engineering specifications and full compliance with all project requirements demanded precise planning and execution.
The Solution
Our team performed a full demolition of both interior and exterior components, including removal of existing fixtures and water fountains. The project included installation of new commercial-grade doors, impact-resistant windows, and a complete HVAC system with new ductwork.
Interior improvements featured custom-built vanities with stone countertops, new commercial toilets, modern partitions, advanced plumbing fixtures, and full tile installation on walls and finishes. The electrical system was fully upgraded with new wiring, lighting, and smoke detectors. Additional installations included baby changing stations, hand dryers, and all required accessories.
All work was completed in strict compliance with Florida Building Code and ADA accessibility standards, while maintaining efficient coordination with the general contractor and engineering team.
