The Challenge

The primary challenge was executing the renovation within a fully occupied facility with strict time constraints. Additionally, the administrative areas remained in constant use, requiring strict cleanliness, organization, and minimal disruption to daily operations.

The Solution

SWC Builders performed a coordinated interior build-out including framing, drywall installation, and high-quality painting finishes. Decorative column enclosures were installed within the worship space to modernize the existing architectural elements. The project required the use of specialized equipment, including scissor lifts and boom lifts, to safely execute work at height. Close coordination with the general contractor and clear communication across all trades ensured efficient scheduling and seamless execution throughout the project.

The project was successfully completed on schedule, delivering upgraded interior spaces with high-quality commercial finishes.
